Kampot pepper comes from the famous Southern Cambodian province of Kampot. Green, black, white or red, all the varieties of this singular spice come from the same plant and are just different stages in the fruit’s maturity. Considered as one of the best pepper in the world, it was awarded with a Geographical Indication (GI) status and can only be grown between the Dâmrei Mountains and the Cambodian coastline.
