Applying pressure on the soft tissues around neck, shoulders and face has a direct physical effect in reducing muscular tension and release day-to-day stress. So by losing your muscles tensions it directly impacts your mind and mental balance too.
#1: SOOTHE YOUR SHOULDERS!
Step 1: Make a hook with your finger and grab your shoulder’s muscle. Pull gently down and change your hands location between shoulder and neck’s base.
Step 2: Tap over your shoulder’s muscle gently for about 2minutes.
#2 DESTRESS YOUR NECK
Step 1: Overlap your fingers at the base of your skull and rub them down towards your shoulder applying pressure. Keep your head straight and insist on the muscle knots.
Step 2: Place your fingers knuckles on both sides of your neck base and slide them down looking downwards.
#3 RELAX YOUR FACE
